Boxing for mental health

Yes, you read that right.... boxing is good for your mental health. We are referring to the non-contact kind of course!

Let's clarify this; last week a few of us at Neuro Champions attended an England boxing non-contact coaching course (called BOX) as we believe that mental health and physical health are both important. They are also dependent upon each other; this means that it is often difficult to have good mental health if you are physically unwell and vice versa. So how great that we can do both in our Neuro Champion programmes. 

We know that exercise is not for everyone, but activities that are fun, engaging and get you moving are, so it is a yes from us here at Neuro Champions and we look forward to adding in some fancy footwork, blocks, ducks and punches (of the non-contact kind) into some of our sessions.
